Kaju Katli / Kaju ki barfi

Kaju Katli or Kaju ki burfi is one of the most celebrated Indian sweet. It is a rich fudge that requires very few ingredients and is super easy to make at home. It is loved by everyone and is very convenient to make at home.Let's treat our taste buds without having to worry about cost or unhygienic preparation.


Ingredients: 1) Kaju tukda/split cashews - 200 gms 2) Cheeni/sugar - 100 gms 3) Paani/Water - 1/2 cup 4) Choti elaichi powder/Green cardamom powder - pinch 5) Desi ghees/Purified oil or clarified butter - 1 spoon
